Terms of Use for Mokum RugbyCoach Online
1. User Rights
Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the tool.
Users may create, save, and share training programs for use in Mokum Rugby only, unless specifically approved by RugbyCoach Online.
2. Acceptable Use
Users must not:
- Distribute or sell access to the tool without permission.
- Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the tool.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All content created using the training planning tool remains the property of Mokum Rugby.
The tool and its underlying technology are owned by the Plezier in Rugby organisation and specifically designed for exclusive use for Mokum rugby only. The tool is protected by copyright laws.
4. Limitations of Liability
Mokum Rugby and Plezier in Rugby are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential injuries or damages arising from the use of the tool.
Mokum Rugby and Plezier in Rugby are not liable or responsible to any person or entity for any special, incidental, or consequential damage caused or alleged to be caused directly or indirectly by the information provided by the tool.
Any application of the techniques, ideas, and suggestions made by RugbyCoach Online is at the user’s sole discretion and risk.
5. Termination of Service
Mokum Rugby reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the tool for any user who violates these terms.
Users may terminate their account at any time, but must comply with any outstanding obligations.
6. Modifications to Terms
Mokum Rugby may update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.
Continued use of the tool after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.
Privacy
All the sessions and the related questions and answers will be tracked to evaluate the quality and to improve outcomes.
All information is stored in a Virtual Private Server in a secure location in Switzerland and will not be shared for advertising or other commercial purposes.

You may, for personal use and for the purpose of delivering training sessions for Mokum Rugby only, print and otherwise reproduce the outcome of Rugby Coach Online material.
